Cannabis and Hemp Networking Association of New York member James Rieger recently authored the attached timely article for The New York Law Journal. The article explores the dichotomy between federal and state law relating to marijuana and CBD and how those rules and regulations affect packaging, labeling and marketing of cannabis products. James also comments in the article on recent regulatory developments in the tri-state area which will have enormous implications for the industry.
