Daniel founded AEBOV Industrial Real Estate Brokerage in 2020 to handle leasing and sales of industrial properties in NY and NJ. As the brokerage grew, the firm gained more insight and experience into the overlapping space of cannabis and commercial real estate.

To date, the firm has closed a number of cannabis transactions and continues to represent cannabis operators across multiple license classes to facilitate their property acquisitions.

Daniel believes that educating the commercial real estate industry is the key to advocating for cannabis tenants/buyers. As such, he often participates in panel discussions, publishes columns and research reports, hosts a webinar series entitled "Ordinance to Opportunity", and records a podcast, “AEBOV Grade”.
