John (“Jack”) Sullivan is the founder of Sullivan & Associates Law Firm, P.C. The Firm handles all aspects of tax and corporate law, and Jack’s experience includes all facets of federal and multi state corporate income and sales tax and business planning and representation, including federal and state and local corporate and high net worth personal income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax controversy/audit representation. Jack also works on Federal and State’s offer in compromise and tax lien and levy assistance, as well as the Federal Employee Retention Tax Credit, and the newly required Beneficial Ownership Interest Filings required under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) as well.
Attorney Sullivan works in the Cannabis industry by assisting legacy Cannabis professionals get into tax compliance so they can obtain a license, and he also works on IRS Section 280E planning for Cannabis businesses.
